Daily Oracle Pulls: May 25 -31

It’s a holiday here in the states so I’ll keep this intro short and sweet. But in general, these cards like many for this month have been pretty positive and encouraging. I for one have felt better this month than I have all year. More empowered. More content. And most importantly, more hopeful.
The one card to keep your eye on for this week is Fae. I think this card represents something that many have forgotten these days which is, two things can be true at the same time. Two opinions can exist in the same place. Everything doesn’t need to be so polarized or extreme versions of black and white. Aside from that though, it looks like a pretty sunny week ahead.

Happiness is something you can experience at any moment, regardless of your circumstances. Happiness doesn’t need to have a source other than you. It can live independently of whatever experience may be happening in your life. We’re taught to believe physical things create happiness: money, connection with another person, accomplishment and recognition. These things can add to your joy of course but aren’t a requirement for your contentment. Nor is there any amount of worrying that can solve your problem. Thinking or even worse, stressing about your obstacles isn’t a solution but it is a great way to feel stuck, overwhelmed, angry and confused. Your mission today is to find joy however you can. Don’t underestimate the power of letting the light in, even on your darkest day. Recall a memory, smile just because you can, indulge in a fantasy or simply declare “I will not let…defeat me!”

→ Manifestation
For years, manifestation has been tossed around like a magic diet pill. We’re told that surely if you want something hard enough, it will just appear. But what many have been calling manifestation is really just determination. To manifest doesn’t mean you’ll fantasize your way to what you want. That might be where it starts but don’t make the mistake of thinking you don’t have a role to play in what happens. You’re manifesting 24 hours a day, whether you know it or not. It’s not just about the prayers you send to the universe or how many intentions you write down. It's more than visualization and saying affirmations. Manifestation is happening in alignment with the depths of who you are at your core. That means if you believe in yourself, then you’ll believe you can accomplish anything. If you believe you are worthy of love then love is what you’ll find. Not because you “faked it until you made it” but because your beliefs are guiding your actions. Today, you are being encouraged to be clear about what you believe to be true for you. Take time to reflect on how your values or beliefs have guided what you have and don’t have. And if you don’t have what you want, then it's time to start thinking about which beliefs you need to challenge.

Fae presents you with a challenging message, especially in the times we live in today which is, two opinions can exist in the same place. You don’t know what’s influencing someone’s decisions, choices, ideas or concepts of right and wrong. That isn’t to say you have to agree with someone or to even entertain them. But you do have to acknowledge that there are times when you aren’t going to change someone’s mind just like they aren’t going to change yours. It isn’t your job to fix someone. It isn’t your responsibility to make someone see sense and sometimes they can’t see it from your perspective anyway. They aren’t in a place to understand your side of the story, no matter how hard you may try. And often, they’re reacting from a place of hurt and trauma. Rather than criticizing them, consider listening and asking why they are the way they are. Perhaps there is a pathway to understanding when you give someone the space to share their story rather than doing everything you can to convince them that they’re wrong.

→ Vision
Everything you do, experience and hear should be filtered through your intuition. It only takes a moment to “try something on” to see if it aligns with your being. Does it feel right? Does it make sense for who you are or who you’re becoming? Does it feel safe? Does it feel true? Your intuition knows the answer to all of these questions and for every single circumstance you may face. But you have to take the time to listen and to check in. We only get into trouble when we ignore that inner wisdom. It's not going to appear with flashing lights. That’s not how it operates. It needs you to meet it halfway instead of expecting it to do all of the work for you. Think of your intuition as two people from two different countries with two different languages that want to live together in a happy marriage. You have to learn to speak the other’s language otherwise how will you communicate? Sometimes you’ll communicate in your language and sometimes in the other. But there will always be an equal exchange of both sides doing their best to live in harmony.

→The Lovers
Love requires vulnerability or at least true love does. To know someone and to allow them to know you means you have to be open enough to share what’s important to you or at least, to share what makes you, you. This card is asking for you to open yourself up more to others. To allow others to see you and not from a distance. It’s hard to show people your quirks. No one wants to be rejected for the parts you’re already unsure of but no one can love those parts either if you hide them. This is not just about romantic love. Love can come in many forms including sharing what you love to do with others. So at its root, this card is encouraging you to give love a chance to surprise and support you. To take a risk and share those rough edges or weird parts of your personality. You don’t need everyone for you. Just a handful of the right people will be enough.

Your voice needs to be heard when this card comes along. Communication is two sided. Yes it means listening to others but it also means others need to listen to you. That means speaking up instead of swallowing your words. That means listening to yourself enough to share your thoughts and opinions even if they make others uncomfortable sometimes. You have shit to say so say it. Think of it like this, you don’t know what others are thinking which means they don’t know what you’re thinking either. You can’t expect someone to respond to “just know” what you need. That’s not fair. So you have to start talking my darling. Not only to share your own voice but because this card also means your opinion is valued. Others are looking to you for advice more than you may realize. So for today, share something you would normally hold back: a compliment, speaking up in a meeting, a suggestion, or some advice. And look, someone may disregard what you’ve said but that doesn’t mean it isn’t valuable. Speaking your truth isn’t really about who hears it, it’s about honoring yourself enough to know your words matter.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that happiness attracts abundance. And celebration for others attracts wealth. Anger, sadness, jealousy, fear; these things repel abundance. They convince you things will fall apart and that you’ll never have enough. They convince you that someone else is bad because they’re doing better than you. They make you believe things about yourself and your circumstances that aren’t true. Live from a place of sweetness darling. Celebrate your wins, celebrate the wins of others. Rejoice in every good thing taking place around you even if it isn’t about you. Show the universe gratitude. You complain and get upset when an injustice is done in the world. So why not celebrate whenever you see something good happening to someone? That’s how you claw your way out of the darkness. Find joy and if you can’t find it for yourself, then find it for someone else. You’ll find yourself with a community of people who love you because you celebrate them. And then you’ll find opportunities because people go out of their way to return your kindness.
