THE UNFOLDING
This is a place for the feelings no one else knows what to do with
→ Maybe it's the resentment you can't say out loud because the person you resent is someone you love.
→ Perhaps it's grieving something you never actually had like the childhood you wanted, the mother you needed, or the version of your life you were sure you'd be living by now.
→ It might be the frustration of being the strong one, the one everybody leans on, who can't remember the last time someone asked you how you were and actually listened long enough to notice how much you’re struggling.
→ Or maybe you’re watching yourself from a distance. You’re going through the motions of days that used to be fun and exciting only now, you’re looking in the mirror and thinking, I don’t even know who I am anymore.
Whatever it is , when you tried to talk about it, what happened? If you're like most of us then,
Someone tried to fix it.
They handed you a silver lining that meant nothing.
Changed the subject.
Made you feel guilty for feeling it, or stupid for still feeling it.
So you learned to stop bringing it up. You smile and you say you're fine when you’re clearly not, and you carry it all alone. That's one of the loneliest feelings in the world. I know, because I’ve been there too.
I NEEDED THIS PLACE TOO
My mom got sick in 2025, and the months since have been some of the hardest of my life. The people around me, people who love me, mostly didn't know what to do with what I was feeling. What I needed wasn't advice. It was for someone to say: I get it and you have every right to feel what you’re feeling. That makes sense. What do you need?
I never quite found that from anyone so I'm building a place where that kind of support exists.
And building it, I understood what I've actually been doing for the last ten years. The work I’ve created, the oracle and tarot decks especially, has one specific connection running through all of it. I help people understand the feelings they've been told to hide, and find their way through them.
I have received tens of thousands of comments over the years, from people just like you who have told me how much my words helped them through something really rough. How my decks are the other things that made them feel seen, heard and understood.
I’m expanding on that work here. The Unfolding is place where your feelings are validated, instead of being rushed out of it with people who know what it's like to not be seen or understood.
HOW IT WORKS
Each month, we explore one hard feeling like drifting, feeling unfit or jealousy and resentment. The kind of feelings that are heavy, hard and can feel irrational. Together, we work through what those feelings look like, how they can show up in your life, where they came from and how to move beyond them in a way that feels supportive instead of forced down your throat by people who just want you to “get over it.” We’re not rushing to fix it or release it. We’re making room for it by understanding it, letting it tell us what we need from it and then slowly finding our way out of it.

This is for you if you've felt:
You have a lot of grief and you don’t know how to work through it.
You know what it’s like to feel helpless and alone.
You carry the guilt of being exhausted by someone you love.
Resentment toward people who get to live like life is amazing while you’re struggling.
The invisibility of aging and feeling as though you’re loosing value.
Like you’re not being heard, respected or understood.
Like you’re smiling on the outside while you’re falling apart inside.
People behaving as though your healing is taking too long.
The shame of not being further along.
Jealously you wish you didn’t feel but can’t seem to help it.
A lack of trust in your own judgement.
The sense of being lost in your own life.
Like you just need someone to stop telling you “it’s going to be ok” when you feel like it's not.
What this isn't…
This isn't therapy, and I won't pretend otherwise. I'm not a therapist, and if you're in crisis, then the Unfolding should work alongside therapy, not in place of it.
But it is a place where you don't have to hold it together. Where nobody rushes you, fixes you, or flinches when you start talking about heavy stuff. Where the worst thing you're feeling is met with of course you feel that way instead of advice. You spend all your time being strong for everyone else but this is the one place you don't have to be strong at all.
And it isn't a positivity program either. Nobody here will tell you everything happens for a reason. Some things just hurt, and you deserve a place that admits it.

And whatever you're going through, know that you don’t have to keep carrying it alone. Whether it's resentment, grief, or wondering who am I and where am I going. Nor do you have to keep pretending it isn't there, or waiting for someone in your life to finally know what to do with it.
You can keep holding it by yourself, hoping it eventually passes on its own.
Or you can have a place that meets you where you are, doesn’t make you feel bad for what you’re feeling, and helps you to work through it instead of just dealing with it.
